2002, Stewardson Developments formed to widen the portfolio to include Commercial Property Investments & Developments, catering to small business owners in Birmingham & The Black Country providing small & medium industrial spaces as well as retail shops in high street locations.
2004, Burson Land (was) formed to revitalise industrial sites across the West Midlands that required remediation or de-contamination , in turn leading to the creation of purpose built industrial& retail spaces.
2013, Jennings & Gilchreaste Ltd was acquired to build (create) a residential, commercial & industrial portfolio in the North West of England.
